My husband swears by copper and magnets because his elbows and shoulders hurt. Just remember that the copper can't get into your system and do its job unless your wrist turns green. It looks a little cheap but you get the same good medicine as the more expensive one. The magnets are also glued in, but it wasn't his last one. Eventually the copper holding the magnets thinned and began cutting through the wrist. This one is better.
