I give two stars because the box arrived with a box torn! How is it possible to ship a product at full price (expensive) and not use it that way? It's a complete inconvenience to bring it back now. I buy a Brazillian Blowouts straightener at my salon and find that this bran straightener gives better results than other brands. However, having shipped the product in this condition, I tend to believe some of the quality reviews. By the way, the shipping envelope was in perfect condition. The product packaging was torn open. There was nothing in the description to indicate that it had been used. And the price was FULL.
