I love this flat iron. It's a bit pricey, but you have a lifetime guarantee. It's easy to use and the temperature control is great.

Two stars because it took about that many months before it started giving me an error message saying it's not heating and not heating up. Thank god for my support! An excellent iron when it worked but now it's totally unreliable and almost unusable.
