The face was not flush with the clock. There was a gap that was meant to sit flat on the dial instead of being seated. Either a design flaw or we're unlucky. Update: Due to COVID we were unable to return the band and cap to Amazon. Since my husband is in the military, he still needed the black strap to use with his Fitbit. He climbed and swam in the sea, but the bracelet came off and he lost his watch along with the bracelet. I myself have quite a few smartwatch straps and have been swimming and sea diving for over two years now and none of them have fallen off. Save your money and watch and don't buy this product.
