I have been using a variety of protein powders regularly for almost 15 years. I don't usually buy vanilla flavoring without trying it first, because while it's the most versatile and "classic" flavor, it's too easy to misinterpret the taste or leave a bad aftertaste. Luckily I dared this one and it's delicious! Also mixes well in cold water. I stirred it with a fork and it completely dissolved without using a blender. Even when mixed with water, it has a creamy taste, making it very similar in flavor to vanilla ice cream. My only complaint is that it has about twice the sugar of the average protein powder, so it's not great if you're on keto. And while it tastes creamy, the texture itself is very thin - even when mixed with some water - and I prefer a slightly thicker texture; You could probably get this if you mix it with milk or milk alternatives
