but if you have a standard left handed American MDX it will work perfectly without any adjustments

I I have a right handed MDX from Japan and it only worked because my mechanic had to cut the metal side off and torch it back at the factory. That's the only way it would work, but if you have a regular left-handed MDX in the US, it will work ok with no settings.

Each hose is subjected to a high pressure quality test before it leaves the factory to ensure your new hose will fit and function smoothly
