Review on LG E2742V 27" Full HD Widescreen Monitor, 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Wide Screen by Chris Morales

At the time of writing this review, I've had this monitor for about 10 months and haven't had any issues (dead pixels, etc.). Compared to the Samsung SyncMaster P2370 I have next to me, the colors on the LG are a little washed out and not as rich as the 23-inch, but you're stretching the same number of pixels over a larger area. (1900X1080) so that's something to consider as well. As already mentioned, this monitor requires a little fiddling with color adjustments out of the box. The lack of speakers on the monitor is also a bit of a shame, although it does have an audio jack so you can capture audio from HDMI.
