The color was exactly what I expected. The table is beautiful and durable. I noticed that many people say that when the table is moved, the legs come loose. As long as you follow the assembly instructions and screw on the bottom part that holds the legs, the legs will never come loose. I found the bottom part, which you screw in to hold the legs, to be a little tricky because the bolt isn't quite straight. If you don't screw this part all the way in, the legs will wobble a bit. However, once you screw it on tight enough, the legs should stop wobbling and the table is very stable.
