Terrible product, not happy with the purchase!

Crooked mop. Whatever one may say, the mop does not straighten to the end. Well, unless you push hard. If you let go, it comes back. I'll take it back to the store. No flat surface - no uniform pressure. The photo shows that one half does not reach 90 degrees. In the past, Leifheit has stood for quality and innovative solutions. Now blown away to zero.
