I really wanted this cell phone shoulder bag to be my favorite as it's a great idea to be able to use my cell phone safely without taking it out of my purse! Worry less about dropping your phone, forgetting it somewhere and helping you keep it clean. My iPhone 11 fit in the transparent part and the touchscreen worked. However, I felt that the overall size of the wallet was too small for me, or maybe I have too many cards. And maybe because it was brand new, credit cards were so hard to get out of their slots. enough space to store your sunglasses or glasses case and perhaps an extra face mask in the pocket on the opposite side. Would also like a pen or pencil holder or place but when you have your wallet full it is difficult to fit a pen in the area next to the credit cards. You would have to put it in another department or outside pocket. It was very difficult to pack several of these items into this side pocket. Also, it doesn't latch securely, defeating the purpose of not losing things! And mine may have had a small defect, but the zipper "slipped" sometimes, so I've decided to return it when it has deteriorated and the return period has passed. So if it were a little bigger and quality control improved it would be a good wallet to use especially on vacation when you want to keep your hands free and not worry about holding or losing your phone. I'm not sure I would fully trust the included shoulder strap and replace it with a stronger, cut-resistant strap if I were to vacation in a high-budget area.
