Cleaner, lubricant and protection for your firearms

I have purchased two versions of the CLP pack. This is a bottle version and an injector. The small bottle form factor is the subject of this review. CLP is very popular with firearms enthusiasts. I have always been happy with Hoppe's and only recently tried this product. My 38/357 and 9 are kept for home security only. I still shoot them to stay familiar, but I spend most of my time on the range rimfire. I bought a CLP to use at Browning Buckmark. I hesitate to disassemble this weapon. I clean the barrel with a snake. I've come to the conclusion that an all-in-one product like this CLP is the ideal snake partner. And while I'm right. CLP is a good lubricant. The action of my SP101 revolver seems smoother. I had the same result on my SR22. But the new grease didn't harm the G19. I think it depends on the weapon. The Buckmark barrel is as clean as if I used Hoppe's 9 cleaner and then added a separate lube. This product is easy to use with a snake barrel. Because of the small hole, I only use a few drops. I use CLP injector for action. I believe it may be more economical to buy a large pack and just use a separate injector. I will in future. Highly recommended. This product works as advertised. There are many firearm lubricant options on the market. You may need to test several to see which one works best with your weapon.
