works. That's the best I can say. This is not an Epson factory lamp, but that's something to know. As with MANY non-Epson lightbulbs, this lightbulb makes crazy beeping noises. For movies with a lot of dialogue, this will drive you a little crazy. You hear a beep, beep, beep. I spent about 100 hours with this bulb before the squeaking started. Thought I had a real winner as the price is hard to beat. If you are in a bind and want to have your projector up and running in 2 days, this is an option. This is NOT the definitive answer. Like all other cheap lamps. I haven't found one yet that doesn't beep or explode shortly after installation. Unfortunately, when it comes to lightbulbs, Epson puts us all in a bind. MUCH LUCK
