Hardware is cheap, flimsy and broke within the first week of use!
The strap is nice but the hardware is very fragile. As a New Yorker (type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump) who travels around New York on foot, subways, buses and MetroNorth, my bag is heavier than some. I MUST always have what I need with me. The strap was hardly used and the hardware only halved in the first week. Very disappointed. I'm thinking about taking him as a replacement for gear because the group is attractive. I'm still thinking about how to deal with it in the future. The hardware is either upgraded or thrown in the trash.
