I love these lightweight long sleeve shirts from this brand. The size is very close to your usual size, if not slightly larger. I wear XL on some shirts and Large on some shirts 44-46 or 16 in neck x 32-33 in arm length. It's a loose fitting shirt with fitted sleeves and the size Large fits me perfectly. I like to wear them on cool mornings and protect them from the midday sun. The back with a white mesh stripe on the back looks a bit odd but I think that should help with cooling. Armpits need to be cooled and this type of material dries quickly. A microfiber cloth for cleaning the glasses is sewn into the bottom of the T-shirt, the "icing on the cake"!
