Update: Greater Goods got back to me right away and sent me a new scale. That works great. Readings match my existing Weight Gurus scales and weighing is faster. It's a pleasure to buy from a company so actively trying to fix things. Dave's original review: This scale is not properly calibrated. He reads 4 pounds too high. Two previous Weight Gurus scales bought in the last few years have been accurate. Otherwise it seems to be a good product.
