I've been a Lifeproof user for my last few iPads but as they never made a case for a 2017 or 2018 iPad I had to find an alternative. At around $30, this case seems to get the job done. When I first installed the case, the volume buttons worked but the power button didn't. I decided to reinstall the case to see if I could get it to work. Here's what worked for me. Put the front cover on first, starting from the top (power button side first). Then place the iPad on a flat surface to attach the back cover. Start at the bottom and work your way up, sealing the top last. I did this and all the buttons work like clockwork. UPDATE: The foil covering the home button came off just a few months after I started using the case. I contacted the seller and he sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service!
