I bought this router (N300R) to cover more areas in my house. I bought a Networks N150 wireless router a few years ago and it was reliable but wanted to cover a larger area. After installing the N300 router, it often went offline during the day, requiring the router to be reconfigured. I ended up getting so frustrated that I reinstalled the old router and attempted to return the new router for a refund. Unfortunately, I waited too long to attempt a return and was rejected. The old router still works fine and I bought an extension cord to cover a large area. Don't waste your money on the N300R.
