Our refrigerator stopped working while we were on vacation. At first I thought the compressor relay and condenser were bad, but it was actually the thermostat. After I installed this new thermostat it ran like a champ again. It was very easy to introduce. Great product and great price.

My Whirlpool refrigerator was not cooling properly and as a result I replaced the refrigeration control thermostat. This fixed my problem! Fairly easy setup - videos found on YouTube etc helped a lot. First I replaced the compressor start relay, but that's not a problem. The refrigeration control thermostat works as it should and now the fridge and freezer work as they should.

Looks average but this one was a bit calibrated unlike others I've dealt with. thus, the adjusted scale points to the middle at 40F. Tip: 1- First loosen the two screws towards the center of the control panel. 2- Remove the panels towards the top cold air outlet where the end of the thermostatic probe ends. 3- Remove the screws and the front panel. 4- Turn off the refrigerator before removing the thermostat.
