I do not recommend this - it could result in serious injury.
I was trying to get steam out of my instant pot with this. It is very dangerous to attempt installation before or after cooking and the fit will be incorrect and cause constant steam flow during cooking. Tried to install before cooking and after cooking. Both cause an erroneous vapor release, which was quite dangerous. The shape is so versatile it's not even tight fitting. I won't use it.
