It will not fit the Power Quick Instant Pot Release Valve and when installed will not seal, you will need to hold it with oven mitts while depressurizing the Power Quick Instant Pot. You have to pull it over the valve many times before it stays in place. Once in place, if the pot is sealed, it doesn't seal, you have to remove it. I use an oven mitt to hold it in place so I don't burn myself from the steam.

This little item protects my kitchen cabinets from steam damage. I use my 8 Qt Instant Pot on my stove which has no top vent, just a bottom vent on the stove itself. That vent was useless as I used my IP's "quick release" which released a huge cloud of vapor into my top ones sent cabinets. When I know I'm going to be venting as part of a recipe, I turn on the diverter before the pot is even hot. I try my best to keep hand washing to a minimum so it's great that this divertor is dishwasher safe. Seemingly a gimmick, but she earns it by keeping it. Very convenient.
