My husband ordered this for me as a Christmas present at my request. The problem is that I never got it to work. Opened and launched, a QR code will appear and the link will no longer work. Search the App Store and download the app to see if it doesn't work. Open the user guide and use the QR code to find out the app is no longer active and they use something called Zep. I tried to create an account and couldn't get the app to work. It was the first 20 minutes of owning this watch and I said no, send it back. I actually bought my husband an Apple Watch for Christmas and he connected and downloaded in less than 15 seconds. This product requires too much work to sell now.
