Review on DYMO RHINO Label Maker 1801611 by Alfonso Alexander

I have had this device for almost a year. This is the most annoying label printer I've ever used. I bought a lithium ion battery and charger. It's always dead when I take it out to use it. (It never retained its charge.) Settings keep reverting to default. Just a few minutes ago I changed the size to 18pt. Label edited and printed. It will be printed at 32 pt. arggg! This happened repeatedly. I always thought it was what I was doing. Sometimes it prints well in mixed case. Then suddenly everything is a case. I don't know if it's a mistake or what, but it looks like you typed it correctly and it prints in all caps. Crazy. The buttons are cumbersome, often not working on the first press. And it's not intuitive. Every time I want to use one of the special functions to do something I don't do, I have to read the manual the whole time. I bought it to be able to print on shrink wrap and make wire flags. It does, but forget it for general labeling. Like I said, the more I use it, the more I hate it.
