The customer support has been outstanding since day one! They were very helpful in answering any questions I had throughout my implementation process of this product - even after our contract was finished there are still frequent emails with tips/advice from their team!! Truly incredible level headed people running that business. Nothing really to dislike about it so far (and yes you can run your own servers if desired!). It's not perfect but seems like an ok fit right now until something better comes along or perhaps another competitor gets released next year? Really need some additional functionality beyond just resumes etc., plus maybe be able to see who submitted what resume through which channel without having them manually submit each record into HR system via webform?? Not sure how much those two things will help solve problems though because again no complaints overall here yet other than needing these missing pieces added back later down road when time allows :).
