Review on High-Quality Replacement Key Fob Case for Hyundai Sonata Santa Fe Flip Key Remote - Durable Protective Shell by Nick Kussmaul

Purchased for Hyundai Santa Fe 2014 to replace the key fob where the buttons started falling off. The key blade clearly did not match the old key. The grooves on the key are not the same size. The piece of metal (chrome piece above the key release button) that holds the key blade has a larger hole on one side than the original. I tried putting the original key in the new key fob but it didn't work. The hole that serves as a pivot point for the folding key is smaller on the original key blade holder. This causes a jam and prevents it from opening. I spent a couple of hours removing the spring pins (there is a tiny 1/16" pin that holds the key blades on the chrome piece) from both parts of the key blade holder and shaping the old key blade to fit the new one Build fits (the key blades don't work either. same size) and finally put the roll pin back into the new assembly with the old open-end wrench. Severe pain in the buttocks. However, the fit and finish of this keychain is excellent. I just want to change the old key to the new one. Would give 5 stars.
