Doesn't get hot enough to work and instructions are useless
Inaccurate description. He says it exceeds 400 degrees, which is necessary for sublimation. It doesn't go above 240ยฐF. Also, the instructions are terrible, too short to be helpful, and full of typos. The mugs will slip right out of the press if you try to apply pressure, rendering this whole part useless (in addition to not getting hot enough to work). I spent a lot of money on it and can't even use it. No wonder it's out of stock - it's a complete scam and I'll be back asap.
