If you have spinal issues like me, this is not for you. I bought a similar belt which was inherently stiff and causing pain in my spine. My friend bought this belt and explained to me that it is flexible. I bought it because of the flexibility. I'm not saying this belt is terrible. I say if you have spinal issues avoid this belt.
