Expensive but good good for heart rate monitors

So I probably saw an Airofit ad on IG or FB like you did and tried to see if it was on Amazon. It was, but with no real overview. So I'll give you this I've been on this product for 2 days and so far it seems to be exactly what they advertise. This is a product designed to improve the muscles of the diaphragm and ultimately breathing. They make it interactive with their device and app. This device syncs via Bluetooth (syncs quickly with no issues) and helps you with your workout. These exercises are great fun and challenging at the same time. You can adjust the level of difficulty and there are different programs depending on what you need to improve. Do I feel like my lungs have improved in the last 2 days? Yes, after each application I feel that I can breathe much better. I still have to test whether my mileage has improved. Do you think it was worth it? Something like. I think $300 is cool, especially since there are other products like this that are much cheaper. You basically pay for the app and I really like the app. I'd put it at around $200, but since there's not much competition with an app that works this well, they're allowed to do it for $300. Overall it will help your breathing. If you have some money to buy a good breath improvement product I would recommend it. I am writing this review as an athlete/student but this product will also benefit people with COPD, musicians and the general public.
