The quality was what I expected for the price and we wanted to protect children's hands. I ordered them for the kids to climb on the play structures we built outside. I washed them after every use but I didn't wash them once and the kids used the gloves to go outside. By the end of the night my daughter's hands were red and blotchy and she said her hands hurt. The reaction to the material is similar to a chemical burn. Her hands are healing, she has rough/scaly skin cells on her hands now and the next day the pain is much less. Just a little scary. .
