I've only had this pan for a few weeks (and I always hand wash and dry) so I haven't noticed any rusting problems. But I see some overheating issues. I faced my cheap Calphalon pan. This is a darker metal that you think will get hotter. Calphalon is also slightly heavier, so it seems to heat up more evenly at standard temperatures. When using Baker's Secret, I usually have to lower the temperature by 5-10 degrees to keep the bottom from burning. This was with a notoriously finicky cupcake recipe (cream, no yolk). However, the two pans definitely behave differently. Decent pan for the price, just take it until you know how it will cook for you.
