So easy to clean! - Kitchen & Dining

I was very impressed with how easy this cake pan is to clean; I just added soap and water and the dirt was gone without scrubbing!

Secret mold for baking buns.

I don't think there is a secret here, it's a worthy product for the price. I bought a large set of baking sheets and various pots from them. They will rust if you leave them in the dishwasher and your pans will not dry completely. So make sure they are set to dry and empty the dishwasher as soon as possible, otherwise rusty water may drip out of them. They are relatively easy to clean and don't scratch easily. like some junk from Walmart but I wouldn't rate them very highly unless price is your

Great price and great pan!

I love this muffin pan! I'm not a baker - I bought this to bake some little teacher cupcakes for Christmas. I used muffin cases but when I skipped the pouring and went into the pan it was SUPER non-stick and didn't mess up. Even though I overcooked the cake a bit, it was still amazing with frosting. There's no way to mix things up here. Mini cupcakes are easier to eat and more enjoyable in my opinion, but it's too easy in this pan. I also used this for a mini mac and cheese recipe and it was…

Nonstick: Kitchen & Dining

This pan is a good weight and doesn't look cheap or flimsy which I like. However, it is not a "non-stick coating" as the product name puts it. I used paper liners on all but the last 2 rows just to see what would happen and WHAT A PAIN. It was so stuck my hands hurt from using a spoon to "dig up". I did my best by hand/force and then poured out very hot water to scrape off the residue. Never again. I'm only keeping this product because it's sturdy and I intend to use paper inserts. However, if…

Keep track of oven time/temperature

I've only had this pan for a few weeks (and I always hand wash and dry) so I haven't noticed any rusting problems. But I see some overheating issues. I faced my cheap Calphalon pan. This is a darker metal that you think will get hotter. Calphalon is also slightly heavier, so it seems to heat up more evenly at standard temperatures. When using Baker's Secret, I usually have to lower the temperature by 5-10 degrees to keep the bottom from burning. This was with a notoriously finicky cupcake…

Nice pan, non-stick (sort of) scratches too easily

I got a pretty good price on this pan so I'm not too disappointed that it scratches too easily but I wish it were. I made mini cupcakes with it right after I got it and when I used a metal knife - I don't usually do this but the cupcakes stuck to the pan - the metal knife left small scratches on the pan. Not much damage, but still bad. One of the downsides to this product is that the non-stick aspect doesn't live up to its name. I'm still forced to use a nonstick spray like PAM before pouring…

Amazing muffin tin for the kitchen and dining room

So I bought these two miniature muffin tins. One for me and one for my sister as a birthday gift. While you can get one at Wal-Mart for less than $6, I'm glad I bought these instead because they're absolutely amazing. Often times you buy a pan with a non-stick coating and the batter still sticks to it. That was not the case with these pans. I made the peanut butter muffins the same day I bought them and they came out so incredibly easy. I was shocked. Usually you have to take a knife and cut…

Works like a charm - kitchen and dining room

I've just started baking Brazilian cheesecakes as a holiday treat and they need to be baked directly in small muffin tins with no muffin/muffin paper holders for 25 minutes. I had a mini cupcake pan but needed a second one to speed up the baking process. This shape came just in time for the big party we were throwing and made cooking easier and faster. This tray is perfect and the cheesecakes slid right out. The tub is immediately cleaned with a little water. You don't even need soapy water!…

Great muffin pan

First, Revain has two entries describing this pan: one titled Product Features and the other titled Product Description. The measurements given in the product description are true. Apparently some users who bought the pan didn't notice or asked Revain to fix the discrepancy. Second, I didn't notice any sticking; I spritz VERY lightly with cooking spray. It is a fact that sticking is often observed when the batter is undercooked (it should pull back slightly from the sides of the pan when cooked
