The Rampage hood latch is a must have for Jeep Wrangler owners. I can't imagine anyone just letting the hood open without their consent. However, be careful when installing it. First, make sure that both latches are working properly. Make sure you can lock and unlock easily. If not, send them back if you can't fix the problem.
