When looking for a monitor for my new PC, I looked for a 27-inch IPS display with 1080p resolution, 1ms response time, 144+ Hz refresh rate, and finally G-Sync compatibility. good refresh rate of 240Hz. The IPS display lived up to the hype. My only concern is the standard IPS issue of backlight bleeding when the screen is completely black. Luckily I expected it to be a lot worse than it really is, which came as a pleasant surprise to me. The user interface is also quite easy to understand. There is a joystick that can be used to change all the settings on the monitor. My biggest issue with this monitor is the uncomfortable stand. My desk is pretty small so I prefer a flat stand for my keyboard when I'm not using the computer, but I plan to get a new stand when I upgrade to 2 monitors. Overall the picture was great. The monitor is ridiculously fast from someone who has played exclusively at 60Hz for most of their gaming career. It actually took me a while to get used to how fast things were compared to 60Hz, but now that I've fully acclimated I've noticed a significant improvement in my response time in fast-paced games like Rocket League. I definitely recommend this monitor especially if you like fast paced competitive gaming.
