I bought this product because I ruined my hair by excessively bleaching and toning and then recoloring. I read that vitamin E can regenerate hair, so I decided to try it. And now I will be eternally grateful! I have very thick long coarse curly hair so I used almost the entire bottle the first time. I left it on overnight and then used a deep conditioner to wash it off. This saved my hair! I would not recommend using this amount if you have fine, short hair. In fact, now I just use a few sprays when it's wet, comb through and wash out the next day. He has done wonders for my hair. I also started using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner which helped a lot.
