I was very impressed with this product and was rather skeptical about buying it. Without a filter, I would squint at my desk and always had to wear blue light blocking glasses because I couldn't wear sunglasses at my desk. I've had computer monitors that used a "night light" feature to make my computer's brightness less intense, but that wasn't enough. I have a practically new fluorescent light bulb right on my desk and it hurt so bad. These filters were very easy to install. They're a bit bigger than my fixture so I almost halved the filter and everything looks great! I ended up putting 2 filters on the same light to dim the brightness even more and it's absolutely perfect. My photos don't convey a before/after effect, but these filters make a big difference. worth your money!
