I love her. About Study Materials

I bought a Blue set and a Whisper White set. White has a more yellowish hue. blue is blue I love her. The neon lights are giving me a headache and it's stopped. I've only tried white and yellow and it worked, but someone told me blue was calming so I decided to give it a try. At first I did everything in a row, but there was a strange shadow in the room. I rearranged them. I put the yellow in the middle and the blue in the corner and that works best. It even seems to have a calming effect on my

Headaches are GONE! for Education and Crafts

I am SO happy with these covers. I have a windowless classroom and the neon lights are killing me. Some were brighter than others and by the end of the day I was squinting. I bought enough to cover all the lights, my friend said if you close everything the room will be too dark. So I ended up just closing 4:2 over my teacher's desk, 1 over the projector and 1 directly in front of my teacher's desk. The room is not too dark, I think I could do more and all would be fine! I wish they learned…

love them need them want them opaque

I've been using them for four years now. Definitely recommend white over blue as blue makes the room feel more like a hospital. Whites don't stand out at all, and the students didn't notice them for weeks until they mentioned that my room was quieter and softer than other classes. I really wish they had darker colors although I just changed the light and the fluorescent light is so bright that the corner is obviously a lot brighter than the rest of the room. I will try to put two or even three…

I love these lightweight cases.

I love these lightweight covers! I am a freshman student and I have received many complaints from my students about headaches. I know from previous research that fluorescent lights are not the best lighting for a learning environment and they often cause headaches. After one day I had not a single complaint of headaches from my students. At first I was a little wary of getting a whisper white, but once I had 8 of my 9 lights covered I really saw the difference right away. They have a nice…

100% functional and easy to install

I was very impressed with this product and was rather skeptical about buying it. Without a filter, I would squint at my desk and always had to wear blue light blocking glasses because I couldn't wear sunglasses at my desk. I've had computer monitors that used a "night light" feature to make my computer's brightness less intense, but that wasn't enough. I have a practically new fluorescent light bulb right on my desk and it hurt so bad. These filters were very easy to install. They're a bit…

Do you have sagging, baggy filters? Here's the solution

First of all these filters are excellent. Our office fluorescent lights have been outfitted with horrific blindingly white LED strips. In the middle of the day I would get an inexplicable headache that I am not usually prone to. About a month later I realized these are bad LEDs and found these filters at Revain. Instant relief! No more headaches and my office is much nicer without the harsh ultra white LED lighting. My only complaint was that they really look like shit when you put them on. The

Gentler on the eyes!

I am a 3rd grade teacher and each year I have a few students who complain of recurring headaches and/or stomach aches. They don't seem otherwise "apparently" ill, but I think they have a headache and a stomach ache. I heard about these lightweight covers after reading about students who have sensory issues. I decided to try them. I bought two sets, eight covers total. I have twelve lamps in my classroom, so four corner lamps had to be left open. As soon as I put them on I could tell the…
