I've waited weeks to write a review just to see how it holds up to daily (well, overnight) use. The light itself is cute and it's nice that you can take it anywhere your kid wants as there is no plug or cord. However, it only costs about two nights. After that, you have to plug it into a USB port to charge it and it takes a while to fully charge. When you turn it on or switch from a solid white light to a colored light by squeezing it properly, the base pops out of the cat's underside. These are two separate pieces that are not glued together. This forces you to try to reinsert the base into the cat's buttocks. This is entirely doable, but also frustrating and takes a few minutes. Most likely while trying to put the baby to bed. So while it's a very cute night light and the white light mode is particularly good, the product is also very labor intensive. Not what I was hoping for in the night light. I have enough to do on a typical day!
