The customer service team at QA are always ready and willing to help you in any way they can. It's one stop shop for all of our radio/TV buying decisions. Sometimes it takes too long to get your question answered but when the answer does come it makes perfect sense. They have been there since before the inception of internet so there aren't many new things left to learn! We use multiple pieces from the QA product line. From the easy-to-use interface to the ability to import data into Excel files, this has allowed us to quickly adapt to changing media environments. The ability to find data about who watched what program and when.The ability to see how each individual in the organization uses our product. This has allowed us to have better metrics for our clients. I do not like that it's difficult to use. It's very confusing at first. We are able to understand how much time people spend watching television and radio programs from different sources. Also, we can see which advertisements were seen and which ones were clicked.
