worked great. used on a microscope
worked exactly as it should for my intended purpose. There was an old light microscope that used this socket. This light worked as intended. The light is a bit dim but as expected for its performance. It's also a bit yellow, but I anticipated that too. I'm happy with this purchase and so far it's working well and haven't had any issues. I didn't want to spend money on an LED for the lighting I have planned for this lamp.
