This product sucks what I noticed the sys flow switch is tripped when water is flowing so it shuts off and a water isn't flowing By doing this I will cut an amazing hook and plumb line. I received it in two days, everything was like that and I, a big procrastinator, did not install it immediately when I did. I was very disappointed that the UV trailer tires are bare say it for a few minutes and turned it off fine I forgot to mention I installed it on my 90 gallon per day 0ppm reverse osmosis machine. I installed it at the end of the run after the water completed the filtration process. There is a reverse osmosis machine. The last place water flows is my ispring UV sanitizer. After a minute or so the UV sanitizer lamp turned off the ballast on the green light why isn't my bulb lit, water is still flowing which is er unprocessed it says the minimum is 4psi and the maximum is 85psi. I set it to 60psi. happened and why did i wait so long to install it i can't even send it back. $111 goes down the drain. yes i clearly said water is flowing through, it goes out in the ballast, the green light is on, funny, if i turn the reverse osmosis machine off and on again, the light comes on for about a minute or two, then goes off, turn off the machine goes off again, i turn it on again, light comes back on then goes off again, water still flows past the bulb, rude man, I want a refund. How other consumers get 5 star ratings is beyond me. They must have been given something different from what inspired me and I don't understand how it is possible that there is a job for them, mine doing what it wants and shutting down while I try the UV sanitized water collect only chunks and raw water flows untreated straight through the bulldozer at every psi. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing besides the $111 I spent on this junk UV sanitizer. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
