I love how simple it makes finding people for my team very easy. The fact we can search by skillset or background in our database allows us to easily find exactly what we're looking for. It's not as good at sourcing candidates through other means like LinkedIn which would allow me to do some research before contacting them directly but still has great features within itself. If you are recruiting locally then this service is essential. We've found so many talented candidates who otherwise wouldn't have come into mind due to their location!
