Pros: I'm too impatient to wait for the kettle to boil - I want my hot water NOW. In this respect, this hot water dispenser is perfect for me. I always have hot water available. The water tank is big enough that I don't have to fill it up every day. Cons: The inside of the pot (where the water is stored) is starting to get rusty spots, so if you're concerned this isn't the product to buy. The sticker covering the control buttons has started peeling off, requiring me to keep pushing it back into place. The default setting is "Lock", so you always have to press "Unlock" to pour water. Pressing extra buttons isn't fun.
