So I've been using Sperry shoes on my sailboats for years. Never quality problems. Down to these latest sneakers. They came loose between the sole and the upper. This corresponds to a broken shoe. This happened after only four months of very sporadic occasional use. I informed the shoe seller about it. They briefly ignored the actual rejection of an apparently faulty product and said they had a 90 day return policy, so happy. Afterward, they called her too, but still maintained their arbitrary internal policy, despite agreeing that the shoes shouldn't fall apart in four months. Terrible seller, ask for a refund. They gave Amazon a loan, which is the best they could do. Save time and money and buy like me from West Marine to replace faulty shoes. They will work with you and not cling to domestic politics, that is, excuses.
