I bought this phone a few months ago and was impressed with the video quality and signal reception. My previous phone didn't pick up in the basement, but this one works in the basement. However, a few days after I started doing this, I saw a blurry corner on my phone screen that looked like an air pocket. A few days later, an air pocket appeared in the other corner. Then, about a week later, I noticed a thin crack down the center of the screen. Then another very thin crack that is not easy to see. It shows that the screen is not original and has been replaced by the seller. I couldn't return the phone as I've been using this phone after more than a month since I bought it. The supplied charger is useless. Some of the other features I use most (pedometer, sound recording, weather, headphone jack) were also missing. The phone is heavier compared to all my previous phones. I would never buy a refurbished cell phone. Terrible purchase.
