Very disappointed. I really need a working quality setup. It buzzes all the time. It fails to charge for five seconds after a day of charging - it says it's 100 per cent charged and I unplug it and three seconds later it turns off. I'm also learning that anyone can join - I'm a therapist and I can't allow others to listen or record. Very very disappointed. Online says I can't go back but called and the guy didn't help other than show the shipping label. We're in the middle of a snowstorm and I can't perform in public without a device. So it's not easy to get it back. Would have liked more help and replacement. Or the best model. Nobody can use it.
