I take this twice a day, primarily for stress/anxiety management at work, but thanks to the addition of inositol it has also had unexpected benefits for my mild OCD. L-Theanine is a very subtle supplement, so you may not "feel" its effects, but later in the day you will find that you are not feeling as stressed as you normally would. Regarding added inositol, research suggests it may help control some of the mild symptoms of OCD. What he did for me helped curb my dermatophagia that almost no one else has. I haven't completely stopped biting, but the improvement is impressive and the skin is starting to heal well. So overall it's not a miracle product, but it does have noticeable benefits and might be worth a try for those who suffer from mild anxiety/obsessive-compulsive disorder like me. It's worth noting that I don't take any medications, so make sure this supplement isn't interacting negatively with them as everyone should before starting any supplement.
