Review on 🔒 Loctite 271 Threadlocker for Automotive: High-Strength, High-Temperature, Fluorescent, Anaerobic Red - 36mL Bottle (Part Number: 37479-492142) by Loren Jacobson

We use Chicago Wood Screws to attach leather straps where most people would rivet them. This way you can create a product with a longer lifespan. However, under certain circumstances we had a small problem with loosening the screws. So we now use one of three different Loctite thread locks (depending on how much our product is used). This allows us to still use the screws and unscrew them with a little more effort. This product allowed us to continue the manufacturing process with very few changes. It works absolutely great and does what it says on the tin.
