It is very easy to navigate through the site and use. It is a great tool to find candidates with specific skill sets. I like how it pulls in information from other databases to create a complete picture of each candidate. I do not like how it doesn't notify you when you are looking at a candidate that you have already viewed. You can be searching for a candidate in the system, and then you can just scroll down the page and come across the same person you were just looking at. I would like to see a notification go off when that happens so I can be sure I haven't overlooked anything. It is a great tool for searching for candidates.
