After I put it to the test, this massage tool left me sore AND unrelaxed. The vibrations were weak and not powerful as advertised, and the noise was a distraction... The silicone material felt cheap and uncomfortable on my skin, and the waterproof feature didn't make up for the lack of performance. Although it's marketed as a Health and Household product, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a true relaxation experience..
