Review Updated: I'm impressed at how long it took the company to solve my problem and go from a dissatisfied customer to a happy one. My wife ended up ordering a new toner from the same company (more by accident than anything else) and I have to admit the end product was great and still prints well. Ultimately, you can only ask a company to support their product and reach out to them if they have problems and learn from their mistakes. Assuming the current toner continues to perform as expected, I expect to purchase more cartridges from the company. First Review: Ordered with high hopes that I could avoid the HP genuine toner tax. Unfortunately, the first bag I opened was full of toner everywhere. I did not open the other three packages and sent the package back. I might have been unlucky, but in the end I decided to spend the money and buy an HP toner (at least for now). Keep hoping someone comes up with a quality solution but has been disappointed so far.
