I was a little hesitant to buy the chair without seeing the eyes, but the price of this chair was good with a coupon, so I decided to take a risk. The chair came in pieces but with simple instructions. The instructions say it takes 2 people to assemble, but I did it myself. It took about 20 minutes and was very easy to install. All the tools and instructions provided were clear. Some of my favorite features are how far it reclines, you can almost nap in this bad boy. In addition, the wheels roll very smoothly, even on my medium-pile carpet. it rolls smoothly where my last chair wasn't. In addition, the armrests are not only adjustable up and down, but also in the angle of inclination. The chair wasn't very comfortable at first but after sitting in it for a while I find it fits my butt perfectly and now it's nice. The material feels comfortable and does not cool. The chair is very durable, there are no problems with rigidity or play in the details. This is a great investment if you want somewhere to sit comfortably all day.
